Captain Förster GmbH started in the mid 70s as an independent marine consultant and surveying company, based in Hamburg, Germany's main sea transport hub.
Today we operate from both Hamburg and Bremen, we are also frequently engaged on projects worldwide. Our experienced staff of Master Mariners and Surveyors provide expert services not only to the shipping and insurance industries but also to freight forwarders and industrial companies. Over the years the company has established itself throughout the shipping community and has earned itself an excellent reputation.
